More than just a backyard.
Animals enjoy a diverse habitat of prairie, woods, ponds, and shoreline which provide an ample supply of food and shelter. With more than 500 acres it’s no wonder that numerous varieties of birds can be spotted throughout the property, making it a year-round birder’s paradise. You’ll also see butterflies, honey bees, wild turkeys, white tail deer and many other creatures. In 2015, we had the first of what we hope are many years of successful nesting pairs of bald eagles.
